Regional Educational Tours for Human Resources Potential and Educational Programs – Regional Education Tours 2026

This important program will be held in regional vocational educational institutions throughout Ukraine for students and graduates of 2026 in the specialty “Installation of Sanitary and Technical Systems and Equipment.”
A separate special simplified program will be demonstrated to showcase the task scheme – the 1st Junior Cup of Ukraine in Plumbing, Water Supply, and Water Treatment Installation – Install Junior Cup 2026.

The first step toward success and the first professional experience for all junior specialists who will represent their city and educational institution at the Junior Cup of Ukraine.

In each city, the team of experts will visit all pre-approved educational institutions that provide professional training and will present detailed information about Education Week 2026 at Install Fest Ukraine.
A group of the most experienced professional experts will gather all interested graduates to demonstrate all stages of the final task of the Junior Cup of Ukraine, and to explain the importance and diversity of the program “Adaptation of Human Resources Potential” and all Education Week programs.

This program is created to prepare new, young, and highly skilled specialists of Ukraine, to introduce them to the junior competition tasks, and to show them the prospects of their professional future when they become full-fledged professionals. In 2026, they will have the opportunity to achieve the best results of their graduation, with the possibility of employment in leading engineering systems organizations.
In this way, experts will present all the technical features of the task – Install Junior Cup 2026 – and will explain all the opportunities of master classes, technical seminars, and, for the first time, direct interaction with the largest global manufacturers of engineering systems.

Attention: All students and graduates from any region of Ukraine can participate in the National Junior Cup of Ukraine – Install Junior Cup 2026 – by arriving as organized groups coordinated with their educational institution under an approved program. The number of institutions is not limited.

GEOGRAPHY: All of Ukraine, along the route of visits to the approved list of educational institutions.
Period: January – March 2026

To arrange a visit by the group of experts, the administration and instructors of an educational institution must call and book the expert group’s visit to their city.

The Install Fest Ukraine team plans to visit all possible regional educational institutions that approve the visit program in advance and organize the reception on their premises.

Timing: (2 – 2.5 hours)

1. 1 hour – General discussion time covering all issues of Education Week and presentation of the future market of Ukraine.
   Detailed description of Install Fest + Education Week Ukraine 2026 educational programs.
   Discussion of the future of professions and development programs for April 23–25.
   Presentation of opportunities for graduates in 2026.

2. 1 hour – Information session on the rules of the Junior Cup of Ukraine (Install Junior Cup 2026).
   Task detailing and preparation. Detailed information from professionals. Training and practice. Exchange of experience.
   Presentation of the Trade Union of Ukraine – “League of Installers.”
