For all visitors of the international exhibition for installers, fitters, and designers, the organizer “Expo Group International” has prepared a unique surprise – a draw of professional prizes for the exhibition participants.

The rules under which the prizes will be drawn are developed and approved with the support of the “Association of Installers of Engineering Systems”.

Rules for participation in the prize draw!

To participate in the prize draw, you must be a registered visitor of Install Fest Ukraine and fulfill the mandatory conditions of these rules! Professional installers and fitters who are able to meet all the rule requirements are invited to participate in the draw!

To participate in the draw, you must:

Mandatory Program:

• Successfully pass the theoretical computer testing during the exhibition.

This testing is based on knowledge of the basics of installation, as well as general principles of working with heating and water supply equipment.

Each of the tests is for separate specialists. The Installer Test is the admission to the Install Battle Championship and the Install Fest CUP.

These tests will consist of 20 randomly generated questions on a computer. It is necessary to correctly answer 17 questions. The complete list of 200 questions (separately for each test), which are used in the tests, has been previously published on the Facebook page.

A special test is also taken into account, which will be used for the “qualification assessment”!

After an unsuccessful attempt to pass the EXHIBITION test, the participant may try again, but must return to the end of the queue. The number of re-take attempts is unlimited!

The list of questions is provided by the technical representatives of the championship sponsors and the specialists of the “Association of Installers of Engineering Systems”.

The test questions for “QUALIFICATION ASSESSMENT” are prepared by professional licensed organizers!

After passing the test, it is necessary to place marks on a special sheet issued during registration, and fulfill the following conditions:

• It is necessary to take part in 20 masterclasses at the stands of the participants and place marks confirming the masterclass completion. The mark is a special stamp with the participant’s logo.
  The mark is placed at the stand by the technical specialist who conducted the masterclass. The stamp with the logo on the mark sheet is placed in the designated area where the brand logo is indicated. The list of stands with masterclasses is published in the exhibition guide and on the mark sheet. A majority of the stands are planned to conduct masterclasses.
• It is necessary to attend 3 practical seminars of your choice in the Install Fest conference halls.
  After the seminar, the lecturer also places a stamp-mark on the quest sheet confirming that the installer attended the seminar.

ATTENTION!
A stamp is also placed:
– for participation in the 9th Championship of Installers of Engineering Systems for Heating and Water Supply.
– for participation in the 8th Cup of Ukraine for Installation of Sanitary Equipment, Water Supply and Water Purification.

Fitters who took part in these competitions complete fewer mark-collection requirements. Instead of 15 masterclasses, it is necessary to complete 10. Also, instead of 3 practical seminars, to attend 2 seminars.
Marks for masterclasses — green brand logos. Marks for seminars — blue brand logos. Marks for festival competitions — red stamp.

AFTER FULFILLING ALL DRAW CONDITIONS!
It is necessary to bring the quest sheet with marks to the Install Fest 2026 registration desk, located at the entrance of the exhibition pavilion. A representative of the organizers must verify the correctness of the marks. If all marks are correct, the participant enters their contact details on the sheet (full name, city, and contact telephone number) and then places the sheet with marks into the lottery drum located at the registration desk.

The prize draw will take place on: 25.04.2026 at 17:00 on the main stage (or the congress hall stage) of Install Fest Ukraine in the exhibition pavilion!

First, all prizes and tools for all participants of the quest program will be drawn!
Then, the final draw of high-value prizes will take place.

By drawing lots, a ticket from the lottery drum will be selected, which will determine the participants of Install Fest Ukraine who win the main prizes (the main prizes will be drawn only among specialists who took part in the competitions). It is not mandatory to be present on-site.
For certain high-value prizes, a special draw program via telephone and documents is possible.

ATTENTION!
If the marks on the quest sheet do not correspond to the colors, types of logos, or designated locations, the participant will be disqualified and their ticket canceled!

Restrictions for participation!

Age restriction – 18+.
Employees of companies participating in the international exhibition Install Fest Ukraine 2026 are not allowed to take part in the prize draw.
Visitors only! If a prize candidate is identified as an employee of one of the participants, the prize is canceled, and the draw is repeated!
Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any potential participant in the prize draw if the participant:
– is an employee or representative of the companies participating in Install Fest;
– is not a professional installer and works in other professions unrelated to the exhibition theme;
– is under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
– displays inappropriate or disrespectful behavior towards other exhibition visitors or organizer staff.
