FOR THE FIRST TIME IN UKRAINE!

Considering the significant European changes in the standards for developing professions in the fields of engineering, plumbing, and thermal technologies, Install Fest Ukraine, together with the “Association of Installers of Engineering Systems” and the national professional community “League of Installers,” has created a concept to present to graduates of these professions all the advantages of future employment across several industries and directions.
Every year, at the Install Fest Ukraine exhibition/festival, around 70 stands are presented by the world’s largest manufacturing plants in heating, water supply, sewerage, plumbing, alternative heat sources, cooling, ventilation, air purification, climate automation, and professional tools. Each “stand” represents a “brand” from the leading global manufacturers with real samples of their products. Separate stands are presented by each plant/participant.

This program — “Education Week” — is an organized series of visits and guided tours for graduates of vocational institutions and university students to the stands of the world’s largest manufacturers, featuring practical workshops, seminars, product testing, presentations of innovative products for 2026, participation in forums with active market professionals, the quest program “Adaptation of Human Resource Potential,” prize draws for professional equipment from manufacturers, forums showcasing professional work processes and achievements of top industry specialists, and more.

In 2026, “Education Week” is an established and tested program designed to connect professional specialists in engineering systems, global equipment manufacturers, and future graduates who, in 2026, will already be able to begin developing their professional careers based on the qualifications obtained at their educational institutions.

“Education Week 2026” provides an opportunity to reveal the full potential and advantages for every graduate of 2026 and students in mastering complex actions related to engineering equipment. The program takes an important step by enabling the technical representatives of manufacturing plants to annually share their experience with educational institutions alongside current industry professionals.
